In S1000D Issue 4.0, Sean Rushing, Inmedius Director of S1000D™ Products and Services, will provide an overview of what’s new, what’s different, and how the Inmedius S1000D Publishing Suite’s architecture allows it to be the first to support Issue 1.7 through 4.0 of the ASD S1000D™ Specification.

About the Presenter

Mr. Rushing joined Inmedius in 2005 having served as Senior Software Engineer at a major defense company where he oversaw the development of technical publications solutions and managed software developers. Rushing has been a member of the S1000D™ Electronic Publications Working Group (EPWG), and is a contributing member of the US S1000D™ working groups. He has a high level of skill with a range of technical publishing standards; including S1000D, Mil-Spec 87268, 87269, ATA iSpec 2200, and a diverse background in publishing technologies. Rushing’s experience with LSA requirements 1388-2B and Def Stan 00-60 provide a unique product prospective. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Northern Arizona University.
